By using MenuMagnetAI ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
MenuMagnetAI is an AI-powered social media management platform for restaurants. We generate, schedule, and post content to your connected social media accounts on your behalf.
3. Your Account
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
- You must provide accurate information about your restaurant.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Content
- You retain ownership of content you provide (menus, photos, descriptions).
- AI-generated content created for your restaurant is yours to use.
- You are responsible for reviewing and approving content before it is posted.
- You must not use the Service to post content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights.
5. Social Media Accounts
You must connect your own social media accounts via authorised login (OAuth). You grant MenuMagnetAI permission to post content to your connected accounts. You can disconnect your accounts at any time.
6. Pricing and Payment
- Prices are listed on our website in GBP.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
- You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- We may update pricing with 30 days notice.
7. Disclaimers
- The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- We do not guarantee specific results from social media posting.
- AI-generated content may require your review and editing.
- We are not responsible for actions taken by social media platforms on your accounts.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MenuMagnetAI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. You may export your data within 30 days of termination.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
